STRATEGIES

To achieve the above strategies, the following targets are expected

1 Enhance good governance and rule of law

• Conduct all statutory meeting annually;
• Ensure adherence to public service Act, regulation and other directives annually; and
• Establish and maintain all 35 suggestion boxes at Mitaa/Village offices and 10 ward offices annually.
• 2 Capacity Building
• Train  employees on necessary working skills and knowledge for career advancement by June 2021;
• Training of  elected leaders on knowledge and skills on leadership and management by June 2021; and
• Provide all necessary working facilities by June 2021.

3 Career Development and filling of vacancies

• Train  employees from 13 departments on job enlargement and enrichment for career development by June 2021; and
• Recruit  staffs to fill vacancies for organization performance by June 2021.

4 Avoidance of Staff Complaints

• Strengthen and manage Council Complaint Desk annually;
• Timely Payment of statutory dues for eligible employees annually; and
• Conduct Workers Council Meeting Quarterly;

5          Improvements of working Environment

• Construct Council Office Building by June 2021;
• Procure 15 desktop computers, 3 laptops, 2 heavy photocopy machine and furniture by June 2021;
• Procure a motor vehicle for administration department by June 2021; and
• Procure and install LAN equipment and accessories to all offices by June 2021
